We are delighted to offer Hayne House for corporate hire throughout the year, for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events (MICE). We offer a space designed to make delegates think, award-winning catering for the mind and a dedicated events team that we believe makes the perfect recipe for successful events.
We can also cater for family occasions such as birthdays and naming ceremonies and private parties.

Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Event (MICE) facilities
With a range of function rooms for meetings, incentives, conferences and events, we can cater for small intimate team building days to large conferences for up to 120 delegates.
We have two elegant function rooms within the Hunting Pavilion for small meetings (up to 30 people).
Our Orangery open from spring 2018 will cater for up to 120 guests. The Orangery can be divided to give you an area for catering whilst retaining your presentation room. Boardroom, classroom, U-shape, Theatre Style and banqueting layouts possible.
We understand that delegates value their food, which is why we include within our package Touchays - award-winning independent caterers. Our menus are always inspiring, fresh and delicious, featuring locally sourced, seasonal specialities where possible. Whatever the size of your event or budget, whether it is a small intimate gathering or a large busy conference, our dining options can be tailored to fit your requirements. From traditional three-course meals to finger buffets to simply provide your group to network and relax, we pride ourselves on offering a level of quality, excellence and innovation that leads to satisfaction on every plate.

Private parties & Christmas parties
Whether you are celebrating with work, family or friends, Hayne House can cater for all types of celebration events.
From spring 2018 our exclusive bespoke orangery will offer up to 120 for a sit-down meal and 150 evening guests. Your guests can enjoy exclusive use of the beautifully landscaped gardens prior to the evening meal and event organisers can book to stay on site overnight.
Our award-winning caterers have put together a range of menus to suit your event and will always endeavour to meet your requirements to make your event exceptional thanks to a professional, attentive service and succulent food.
We love all our guests to have fun here at Hayne House, so do ask us for recommendations for your entertainment to make your event unique. From superb quality DJs to discreet magicians, casino hire or even a rodeo bull, we will help to arrange the appropriate entertainment for you.
